What we sell

Event admission, reserved table packages, and related hospitality services for events we produce. Pricing and availability are provided at the point of sale for each event.

Refunds and disputes

All admission and table reservation sales are final once confirmed. If an event is canceled by us and not rescheduled, purchases are refunded in full to the original payment method within 10 business days.

If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at matt@doubleo.group before initiating a dispute with your card issuer, and we will review and resolve the charge directly.

Cancellation

Reservations may be canceled by the purchaser up to 72 hours before the event start time for a full refund. Within 72 hours of the event, reservations are non-refundable but may be transferred to another guest by contacting us in writing.

Terms

Events are 21 and over unless otherwise stated. Admission is subject to venue capacity, entry policy, and applicable law. We reserve the right to refuse entry or service consistent with venue and legal requirements; where entry is refused for reasons within our control, the purchase will be refunded.
